Lenovo K900 – A good premium smartphone

Lenovo’s K900 is the company’s latest offering in premium smartphone segment. K900 is the first smartphone to be powered by the  the Intel’s dual core Atom Z2580 processor. This is  more powerful and efficient than the previous version’s of the Medfield series.

Lenovo K900 comes with a brilliant 5.5″ Full HD IPS with 400+ ppi  which means no pixelatiom whatsoever. It has a 10 point capacitive touch and can recognize pen, nail or gloves whicj is very useful during winter.

Lenovo K900 comes with 2GB RAM which means it can multi-task with ease and it has 16GB internal memory but only 9.7Gb is available However sadly this is not expandable which is a big let down on part of Lenovo. It comes Intel integrated graphics onboard.

It has the latest Corning Gorilla Glass 2 for protecting the screen against scratches.  It also has polycarbonate and brushed stainless steel body which has make it very sturdy. It is superslim with a thickness of 6.9mm only which makes it look very chic.

Lenovo K900 comes with a powerful 13MP rear camera with auto focus and a dual LED flash and a F/1.8 lens. It has a front 2MP canera with a 88° wide viewing angle. K900 has 1 micro usb 2.0 slot which supports USB on  the go.

In terms of sensors it  has gravity, ambient light and a proximity sensor. It also has A-GPS. It has wifi and bluetooth 3.0 capability.

Overall it is a decent attempt by Lenovo to build  a premium category smartphone which can compete with the Samsung and Sony in the Android market.
